Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Customer Support Specialist:

  • Assist with customer service tasks, including order placement and issue resolution regarding deliveries
  • Pick and pack supplies for shipping
  • Perform general warehouse duties to ensure accurate counts, organization, and operational efficiency
  • Lift and move cases weighing up to 30lbs
  • Process, package, and ship orders with precision
  • Occasionally operate a forklift
  • Handle phone inquiries to take customer orders


Qualifications for the Warehouse Customer Support Specialist:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Forklift operation experience is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
