THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound client communications in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Offer information regarding products and services, address inquiries, and resolve client issues.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of client interactions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied with the assistance provided.
  • Escalate complex matters to the relevant department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Achieve or surpass performance objectives and call handling metrics.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly.
  • Proficiency in utilizing call center software and other computer applications.
  • Able to manage high call volumes and work effectively under pressure.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
