Position Overview:

The Lead Customer Support Specialist will oversee and enhance customer support functions, with a particular emphasis on international client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor a team of customer support representatives
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer support operations
  • Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to address client inquiries and resolve challenges
  • Continuously assess and refine existing processes and systems
  • Establish performance metrics and objectives for the customer support team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Leverage data analytics to derive insights and enhance service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree with significant work experience considered
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Support
  • Experience in oil and gas, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
  • Some leadership experience (team lead, intern supervision, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Bilingual in any language (preferred)
  • Experience with international companies, logistics, and compliance
Additional Information:
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Dress Code: Business attire
