Position Overview:
The Lead Customer Support Specialist will oversee and enhance customer support functions, with a particular emphasis on international client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor a team of customer support representatives
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer support operations
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to address client inquiries and resolve challenges
- Continuously assess and refine existing processes and systems
- Establish performance metrics and objectives for the customer support team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Leverage data analytics to derive insights and enhance service delivery
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree with significant work experience considered
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Support
- Experience in oil and gas, industrial, or manufacturing sectors
- Some leadership experience (team lead, intern supervision, etc.)
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Bilingual in any language (preferred)
- Experience with international companies, logistics, and compliance
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Dress Code: Business attire
