Element Materials Technology is seeking a skilled Customer Support professional to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN for a 6 to 8 month assignment. This opportunity allows you to develop your career within a global testing and certification business.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions, recommending testing, and providing reports.
  • Resolve client issues, including missing sample information, analysis verification, and billing.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receiving to resolve payment issues and with Sample Receiving to address sample-related issues.
  • Follow the Quality System as documented in the Quality Manual.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to the corporate Health and Safety Policy.
Requirements
  • A science background is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a lab setting is beneficial.
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality or safety.
