Job Summary

The HR Coordinator is a key member of our HR team, responsible for the full onboarding cycle, employee status changes, separations, and all HR operational administrative functions. This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain licensure and certification reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards.
  • Process evaluations and keep personnel records up to date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, including benefits enrollment and orientation.
  • Support HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years minimum of HR experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates an attitude that values people through the service HR provides.
