  • Lead and manage HR initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and training

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven success in leading HR initiatives and cultural change
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
