We're looking for a HR coordinator near Itasca, Illinois to assist with onboarding, coordinate payroll, who has a general knowlege of employment laws and practices, and has excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

  • The HR Coordinator manages various HR functions and supports employees, management, and the HR Manager
  • This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee development initiatives, ensuring an effective HR operation within the organization
  • Employee Communication: Communicate and respond urgently to inquiries from current and new employees, ensuring clarity and promptness
  • Interact regularly with agency hiring managers as well as the HR and Recruiting teams at Keystone Agency Partners to support recruitment efforts and performance management
  • Help with employee relations and resolve inquiries related to HR regulations and benefits
  • Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and talking with candidates
