Job Title: Enterprise Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our team at ASI Corp.

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase current sales revenue, customer base, and expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively involved in new customer recruitment, market development, and technical support with vendor and sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers
  • Provide technical support and training remotely for key accounts and UAV solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance to clients regarding the integration, implementation, and usage of technology solutions
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Develop a deep understanding of the features, functionalities, and applications of enterprise UAV services
  • Market research, including understanding customers and competitors in the enterprise UAV field, to define the sales and marketing strategy better
  • Training sales team as well as resellers base as a subject matter expert
  • Work closely with vendor's cross-functioning teams, plan and drive the execution of sales, after-sales service, marketing, training, and logistics
  • Meet and beat vendor expectations with a satisfactory level of performance
  • Optimize the cultural difference to serve the US market smoothly in terms of regulations, work efficiency, technical needs, and translation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Two years of experience in UAV sales, UAV product management, or UAV after-sales preferred
  • Strong interest in UAV/drones; Certificated Remote Pilot with FAA Part 107 Certificate preferred but not required
  • Related channel resources (such as PD/FD/Surveying & Mapping/Security Systems/Two-way Radios/etc.) are a great plus
  • Occasional travel to industry shows and customer visit; a valid driver's license is required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
