Reporting to the People & Culture team, this Learning & Development Specialist is key in the development, implementation and evaluation of learning & development programs that enhance leadership, compliance, and careers (remote work available, some travel may be required, periodic flexible hours worked to support all employee time zones).
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Psychology, HR/LMS technologies, Learning and Development, or related field
Demonstrable experience in developing, facilitating/delivering training sessions
Ability to effectively design, facilitate and measure remote and in-person training, including large and small group sessions to teams, leaders, managers and individual contributors
Experience managing projects (strong stakeholder and project management skills)
Desirable Education/Experience:
Experience creating and/or managing eLearning as part of a blended learning program
Interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion;Employee Engagementand Communications;Change Management; Onboarding;or Performance and Talent Management
Experience working with suppliers and managing budgets, measuring ROI and making the business cases for investment
Certification in psychometric or 360assessmenttools
Coaching or mentoring experience/certification
Job Responsibilities:
Guides/consults/coaches business leaders and employees on leadership and development plans, product training, and succession planning strategies, activities and tools
Develops and maintains in-person training materials and resources for diverse audiences, including the development of competency-based matrixes, end-user guides and engaging presentations.
Conducts individual and team performance consulting/facilitation sessions using assessment tools (e.g., DISC, 360-Feedback & OPQ) and best practices
Assists with the development and delivery of blended learning programs
