Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Family Support Staff to join our team at Clare House, providing support to women with children and expectant mothers who are unhoused. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver coaching and guidance to caregivers to help them achieve their goals.
  • Implement services through a trauma-informed approach, prioritizing dignity and respect for all individuals involved.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent experience in human services or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Benefits

Catholic Social Services offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and retirement savings.

The estimated salary for this role is $42,750 per year, based on the location in Anchorage, Alaska, and the level of experience required.
