About the Role

This position requires a compassionate and skilled individual to provide ongoing support services to clients in their community or home setting. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of service recipients while promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the Service Plan and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Provide high needs management for service recipients.
  • Maintain open communication with the team regarding needs and expectations.
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Meet all requirements as set out in 7 AAC 125.010 – 7 AAC 125.199.
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check.
