About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support in our fast-paced local business.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and excellent communication skills.

\

Responsibilities:

\
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Programs, Services department and staff as required.
  • Assist with setting up and tearing down events seating.
  • Distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Organize corporate services equipment such as linens and dishes ware.
  • Deep clean breakrooms, draws, and inventory office supplies.
  • Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned.

Requirements:

\
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years' administrative office experience.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office products and industry standard computer software and databases.
\

  • Competitive salary of $20/hour.
  • Full-time hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
