Mental Health Therapist III or Clinical Practitioner

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is a community-based organization dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive health services to diverse communities. We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist III or Licensed Professional to join our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in the Thurston County region. This role requires a strong understanding of psychological diagnostics, clinical competencies, and the principles of growth and development over the life span.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic assessments for patients and document outcomes, justifying diagnoses and communicating with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including crisis stabilization and individual counseling, to address emotional needs and behavioral problems.
- Provide consultation to Sea Mar staff regarding health and behavioral issues and develop treatment plans to address identified needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatric services to ensure accurate presentation and address identified needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including intake, assessment, treatment plan, and clinical encounters.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work, including coursework in psychological diagnostics.
- Four or more years of clinical experience in the field, with a strong understanding of psychological diagnostics and clinical competencies.
- Active Washington State Mental Health Counselor License, Marriage and Family Therapist License, or Independent Clinical Social Worker License.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with diverse populations.
