We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist or Clinical Specialist to join our team at our Behavioral Health Clinic in Tumwater, WA. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing mental health assessments and treatment services to patients in the Thurston County region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for patients, documenting outcomes and justifying diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical competencies.
  • Collaborate with community resources and social services to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices in mental health care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work, with coursework in psychological diagnostics.
  • Four or more years of clinical experience in the field, with a strong background in mental health assessment and treatment.
  • Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Washington.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and healthcare teams.
