As a licensed mental health professional, you will play a vital role in providing individual and family therapy, case management, crisis stabilization, and treatment planning to children and families in need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and family therapy sessions to children and families, utilizing evidence-based models and wrap-around services.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis stabilization and case management services to children and families in crisis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including schools, primary care physicians, and social services agencies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW or LASW).
- Child Mental Health Specialist credential or working towards credential.
- Computer proficiency with Cerner and MS Office, as well as other medical software.
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in a community health setting.
- Bilingual Spanish/English highly desirable.
- Competitive hourly rate and annual salary.
