Service Advisor

A Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences at Sunroad Automotive. This individual will work closely with customers to schedule service work, communicate additional service needs, and handle administrative and customer relations aspects of service department operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing customer concerns and providing clear explanations of service work.
- Schedule service appointments, receive vehicle information, and estimate repair costs and times.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs, and translate technical information for customers.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Utilize computer systems to retrieve customer information, inventory data, and purchase order status.
- Provide pricing, delivery, and order information to customers, and draft purchase orders and invoices for submission to the accounting department.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain high stress tolerance.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn database and ordering systems.
