Role Summary: As a Service BDC Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our esteemed customers, managing inbound and outbound communications regarding service appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring a smooth service experience by scheduling appointments, offering information about our services, and addressing any customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate service appointments and oversee service advisor schedules.
  • Provide precise information regarding service options, pricing, and dealership policies.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any additional requirements.
  • Maintain and update customer records as necessary.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory.
