Role Summary: In the capacity of a Service BDC Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our esteemed customers. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound communications related to service appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth service experience by scheduling appointments, offering information about our services, and addressing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming communications promptly and professionally.

  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address any additional requests.

Qualifications:
