We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Member at Hospitality Syracuse Inc.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and make recommendations to customers.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
