At Community Renewal Team, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Energy department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Answer customer calls and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
\u2022 Provide customers with accurate and helpful information about our services and programs.
\u2022 Refer customers to appropriate program or departmental staff as needed.
\u2022 Place customer fuel orders into our system and complete call logs and reports.
\u2022 Assist with on-the-job training for new Call Center Representatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
\u2022 High school diploma or equivalent required.
\u2022 One to two years of office experience preferred.
\u2022 Excellent communication and customer service skills.
\u2022 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
\u2022 Data entry skills and ability to type at least 45-50 wpm.
