Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch and Community Development Manager to join our team at Community Bank System, Inc. (CBSI). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in our branches, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive branch growth and profitability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire and retain customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations
  • Lead by example in community involvement, calling efforts, and customer service
  • Maintain oversight to ensure branch compliance with operating policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 6 years of sales/business development experience, including 3 years in related banking and/or lending positions
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to prioritize, sound judgment, and reasoning
