As an Assistant Supervisor at CosmoProf, you will play a crucial role in fostering creativity and innovation within our beauty supply environment. We are dedicated to embracing diversity and addressing the unique needs of our stylists and their clientele.

In this position, you will assist the Store Manager in various responsibilities and take charge of essential functions in their absence. We seek enthusiastic beauty leaders eager to help manage one of our retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance sales and customer loyalty initiatives in designated stores.
- Supervise and guide associates in achieving daily objectives to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer inquiries and issues when the Store Manager is unavailable.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to analyze sales trends and forecast customer needs.
- Assist in training and developing team members to achieve positive outcomes while fostering a supportive environment.
- Ensure timely execution of all company protocols and directives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both staff and customers.
- Safeguard company assets by adhering to inventory and cash control procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of management experience preferred.
- Ability to lead and support a team to meet business goals.
- Effective communication skills with team members and management.
- Availability to work flexible hours as required by the business.
- Cosmetology license is a plus, but not mandatory.

This role involves physical activities such as prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting of moderately heavy items (up to 25 lbs). Occasional exposure to fumes and chemicals may occur.
