Position Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Aide, your role will include:

  • Monitoring and documenting vital signs.
  • Assessing and recording height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
  • Identifying and reporting any unusual changes in residents' health to the supervising nurse.
  • Assisting residents with medication reminders, personal hygiene, dressing, and other daily living activities.
  • Delivering compassionate care to residents with memory impairments.
  • Assisting with the safe transfer, positioning, and mobility of residents.
  • Providing skincare and promoting overall resident well-being.
  • Contributing to resident assessments and care planning.
  • Implementing restorative nursing practices as directed.
  • Adhering to the care schedule established by your supervisor.
  • Offering emotional and social support to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Upholding and advocating for residents' rights, dignity, and personal choices.
  • Reporting any resident concerns or issues to your supervisor.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and respect for residents' privacy.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of relevant clinical or nursing experience.
  • Current CNA licensure as per state regulations.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer literacy.
