Job Overview:

Deliver technical knowledge to enhance production capabilities and processes, ensuring the creation of high-quality products at competitive costs.

Engage in mechanical design and facility layout optimization.

Key Responsibilities:


Formulate strategies to effectively complete projects within designated timelines and budgets, ensuring all necessary information from clients, engineering, tooling, quality assurance, and production is incorporated during the planning phase.

Monitor process parameters and make adjustments as necessary.

Support the cost estimation and quoting process for new or modified products by initiating quotes based on specifications, determining processing methods, required equipment, and optimal rates.

Accountable for mechanical design and redesign tasks, including machinery and equipment.
Lead efforts in identifying and implementing effective solutions to enhance manufacturing processes and capabilities. Design and modify facility layouts to support these initiatives. Advocate for continuous process improvements.

Assist in troubleshooting production issues by providing support for existing processes within the assigned facility or department as needed; notified by supervisor.

Organize and maintain all documentation related to activities for easy access and review.
Develop and execute training programs for employees on new processes and equipment, ensuring documentation for optimal operation and safety standards.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or technical discipline from an accredited institution; a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience, depending on the position level; or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
