Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience, with 5-10 years of managerial experience, preferably in a foundry environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of lean principles, experience with Kaizen or continuous improvement methodologies, and ability to build employee effectiveness and foster open communication.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Work Environment

This role requires a primarily office setting with significant time spent on the shop floor, necessitating the use of safety gear on the production floor.

Physical Demands
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to talk, hear, handle objects, stand, walk, and reach, with close vision and ability to adjust focus.
