About this Role:

The Senior Analyst of Performance Analytics is a pivotal position within the Performance Analytics team. This role combines leadership responsibilities with individual contributions, overseeing one or more analysts. You will be tasked with executing and enhancing a comprehensive measurement strategy that encompasses the establishment of OKRs/KPIs, measurement and reporting, test design and execution, and delivering timely insights and recommendations across various teams to support growth initiatives. This position requires collaboration within a dynamic, cross-functional team and offers exposure to senior business leaders. You will present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing business decisions that significantly impact both short- and long-term strategies for the organization.

Role Summary:

The Senior Analyst must adeptly transform extensive datasets from the Analytics Data Warehouse and other intricate systems to generate OKRs, actionable insights, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders at all organizational levels. Candidates should excel in managing multiple priorities while collaborating with Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Advanced Analytics, and other departments. This role will contribute to several critical initiatives aligned with top-line growth objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, paid media performance, content performance, and the development of self-service analytical tools. Previous experience in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to enhance data literacy across the organization is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects and collaborate with fellow analysts to integrate diverse data sources for performance measurement, reporting, insights generation, and attribution.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to determine the most suitable data sources and analyses to inform and drive the strategic roadmap.
  • Manage and implement a comprehensive learning agenda that delivers business value.
  • Collaborate with internal analytics teams, stakeholders, and vendor leads to produce monthly and quarterly performance reports and insights.
  • Exhibit technical proficiency in analytical tools and current industry practices.
  • Drive a test-and-learn strategy, develop test designs, and create measurement plans in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Formulate, communicate, and execute the roadmap for the evolution and implementation of performance analytics projects that support top-line growth.
  • Oversee the creation of deliverables related to OKRs, KPIs, and outputs, presenting results to leadership team members.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define requirements and supervise internal and external business partners in executing the plan.
  • Stay informed about market changes to identify opportunities for enhanced analytical capabilities and methodologies.
  • Develop project plans, use cases, user stories, business cases, and other artifacts with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Business or a quantitative field.
  • Proven experience in building, nurturing, and managing relationships in a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence short- and long-term business decisions through data-driven insights, business acumen, and consultative skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-funnel growth analytics metrics and methodologies.
  • Experience managing or mentoring one or more analysts.
  • Expertise in developing conceptual analyses and analytical frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
  • Familiarity with statistics, Python, web analytics, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate analytical results and insights to partners at all organizational levels, including senior management.
  • Experience in the retail sector is preferred.
FINRA Requirements:

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility:

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
