About This Role:

The Investments & Product Delivery (IPD) team serves as the representative for Global Investment Operations (GIO) and Investments in relation to new product introductions, intricate client onboarding processes, and the implementation of innovative capabilities. The Senior Technology Integration Analyst will act as a pivotal contact point and provide functional assistance to various teams within GIO, including Fund Accounting & Administration, Investment Performance & Analysis, Investment Middle Office, Investment Liaisons, and Investment Compliance. This role is essential in ensuring that tools are utilized to their fullest potential. The Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to think innovatively and strategically to influence stakeholders, deliver training, and enhance the utilization of enterprise-wide tools. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will leverage their technical expertise to troubleshoot and implement new solutions using workflow tools on behalf of GIO. At times, this position will serve as a liaison between GIO functional teams and their technology counterparts to advance business requirements and develop new capabilities. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with the Business Management team to establish and monitor critical business metrics for Global Investment Operations.

Key Focus Areas
  • Ownership of Enterprise Tools - Onboard and support internal systems within Global Investment Operations. Responsible for promoting technology usage across the division and maximizing benefits by educating colleagues, conducting training sessions, prioritizing needs, and tracking enhancement requests for the product roadmap. Analyze user behavior and feedback to ensure that products are delivering value. Develop and review operational metrics and client surveys while soliciting direct stakeholder feedback.
  • Establish and Maintain a Center of Excellence - Create a Power BI Center of Excellence, identifying best practices and providing support and training to GIO stakeholders. Additionally, develop and support division-wide business metrics for Senior Leadership. Offer consultative support to Global Investment Operations teams and other stakeholders regarding the development and support of new metrics.
  • Creation and Implementation of Technical Solutions for Efficiency - Utilize tools such as Service Now or Power BI to execute tactical tasks within Global Investment Operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and inquiries as they arise.
  • Assessment of New Requirements - During new product launches, client onboarding, or GIO initiatives, the Senior Analyst will proactively evaluate new requirements that may affect existing or new enterprise technology.

Incumbents possess a deep level of expertise in a specialized area or business domain. They work independently and under pressure with complex, diverse, and often conflicting information while problem-solving to meet strict deadlines. They contribute to the formulation of internal protocols and processes utilized for change management initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and implement projects that involve complex, diverse, and often conflicting information. Problem-solve to overcome barriers to change and build consensus. Comply with standard change processes/implementation methods while adapting approaches to match shifting demands and situations.
  • Identify, utilize, and recommend enhancements to change tools and methodologies. Manage goals, risks, issues, and resources while ensuring that change management standards are applied throughout each project. Report on progress and suggest responses to identified issues.
  • Conduct complex organizational and stakeholder analyses to assess change impact and readiness. Provide change management for programs or multiple workstreams within larger programs.
  • Collaborate with all necessary functions and groups to effectively plan and ensure the adoption of changes. May coordinate resources across organizational boundaries. Develop tools and training methods to facilitate successful change management throughout the enterprise. Recognized as a specialist in this area.
  • Gather feedback from multiple stakeholder groups to identify risks and issues, leveraging networks to test and validate assumptions about underlying causes. Observe behaviors to identify signs of change resistance or saturation, anticipate potential impediments and impacts, and proactively recommend solutions. Finalize reports for presentation to Management.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 8+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
  • Advanced degree or professional designation
  • Advanced technical skills including Power BI
  • Experience leading automation initiatives
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various technical and functional teams
  • Prior experience with applications such as DUCO, Alteryx, Alkymi, and Power BI
  • Prior experience in Investment Operations, Middle Office, or Back Office at a large asset management firm
  • Experience with product ownership and vendor management
  • An interest in and/or experience with artificial intelligence
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely with them to create solutions
Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
