Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and requests, including account openings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all Credit Union products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to members.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all members.
- Ensure the security and proper balancing of assigned cash reserves and negotiable items.
- Provide general information and guidance regarding Credit Union policies and services.
- Assist with the opening of various account types and manage requests related to deceased accounts and fraud.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Compliance:
Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act.

Qualifications:
- Previous cash handling experience is required.
- A minimum of six months as a teller or one year in a financial institution is preferred.
- Exceptional member service skills are essential.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services is necessary.
- Strong cross-servicing abilities are required.
- Proficiency in Windows-based PC applications is expected.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
