Veteran Customer Engagement Specialist

Position Summary:
The Veteran Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for delivering outstanding support through live chat interactions. Leveraging your military background, you will utilize your unique expertise to assist clients with their questions, resolve challenges, and ensure a satisfactory customer journey.
Primary Duties:
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
- Record and monitor customer communications and solutions.
- Work collaboratively with fellow support team members to deliver holistic solutions.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of company offerings and services.
- Help identify and report recurring customer challenges to enhance overall service quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Military veteran status is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related area is advantageous.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with online chat platforms and digital communication tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Adept at managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
