- Exhibits professionalism and integrity in all customer and team interactions.
- Adheres to all operational policies and procedures established by the company.
- Completes necessary training and participates in team meetings and learning sessions.
- Understands the sales compensation structure and its essential components.
- Maintains a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and remaining active throughout the workday.

Compensation
Base Pay: $16.13
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.11
