- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Mentor and train nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 3 years of recent acute care RN experience in a similar unit.
- Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Previous charge nurse experience and/or 2 years of relevant leadership experience.
