Job Opportunity

Greenfly is seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Professional to drive our growth and success. Our innovative SaaS platform and app empower the world's leading sports, entertainment, and media organizations to manage their short-form content ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record in consultative sales and complex deal management. They will have experience building trust with executives across various industries and driving sales cycles with an average deal size of $70,000 or more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process from discovery to close, establishing strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market to enterprise segment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to generate new introductions and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding, account expansion, and continued renewals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in solution sales or challenger sales, with a strong background in managing complex deals and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Greenfly's platform.
  • A proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently, with a strong desire to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or rapid growth organization, with a passion for innovation and disruption.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, with a valid US work visa.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, Outreach.io, or similar sales tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales, with a strong background in sales strategy and execution.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a startup environment, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
