Job Summary

The Clinical Manager is a key member of the SunnySide Manor Communities LLC team, responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of each Resident is supported according to the company standard of kindness, quality, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  • Manage medical inventory and supplies to ensure timely ordering and restocking.
  • Train new employees on treatments and medication management to ensure high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinical operations and resident care.
  • Monitor and track adherence to company processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete routine performance and medical skills testing of staff to ensure competence and confidence.
  • Ensure each facility is compliant with all State of Maryland and Federal regulations for our industry.
  • Collaborate with medical providers to ensure timely and accurate completion of assessments and care plans.
  • Manage and supervise the admission and discharge processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Build rapport with each Resident to better understand and meet their unique needs.
Requirements
  • Proficient user of technology, including MS Office and email.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time well, and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker who can make decisions objectively and lead a team confidently.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory requirements.
  • Able to create monthly reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Demonstrated understanding of appropriate patient care, ethics, and confidentiality laws.
Education & Experience
  • RN/BSN with 2-3 years experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Healthcare related degree with 3-5 years of healthcare experience.
  • Prior Nursing Home or Rehab experience.
  • Customer Service expert and able to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
  • CPR & Adult First Aid, physical and background check required.
Compensation & Benefits
  1. Compensation $21k-$31K – based on a 20hour week; commensurate with qualification & experience.
  2. 2 weeks paid time off annually.
  3. Retirement IRA participation after 6 months.
