Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trinity Health. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving goods.
  • Develop and implement menus and catering services to meet the needs of our patients and guests.

  • Monitor and analyze food service operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and guests.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
