Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Technical Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to customers throughout the inventory process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions about setting up and operating our equipment for successful inventory management.
- Coordinate internal operational activities to ensure timely processing of orders and requests.
- Prepare and enter client information and requests into our database to document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Work under close supervision to answer questions about company products and services.
- Direct callers to relevant resources and escalate complex questions to senior representatives.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and college background required.
- Light IT background preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy, with exposure to Windows environment.
- Previous remote work experience is a plus.
Training and Development:
We offer 20 hours of paid training, with sessions held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST. Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
