Job Summary:

The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for:

  • Providing assistance to customers during all phases of the inventory process.
  • Assisting customers with their questions about how to set-up and operate our equipment to successfully conduct their inventories.
  • Coordinating internal operational activities to ensure each order/request is processed in a timely manner as agreed to with customer.
  • Preparing and entering required client information/requests into department's database to document customer interaction and resolution.
  • Working under close supervision to answer questions regarding company products and services.
  • Directing callers to appropriate resources.
  • Escalating complex questions to more senior representatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and college background.
  • A light IT background is preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, with exposure to Windows environment.
  • Previous remote work experience is preferred.
  • Flexible availability, especially on weekends, is a plus.
