Job Summary:The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for:
- Providing assistance to customers during all phases of the inventory process.
- Assisting customers with their questions about how to set-up and operate our equipment to successfully conduct their inventories.
- Coordinating internal operational activities to ensure each order/request is processed in a timely manner as agreed to with customer.
- Preparing and entering required client information/requests into department's database to document customer interaction and resolution.
- Working under close supervision to answer questions regarding company products and services.
- Directing callers to appropriate resources.
- Escalating complex questions to more senior representatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma and college background.
- A light IT background is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy, with exposure to Windows environment.
- Previous remote work experience is preferred.
- Flexible availability, especially on weekends, is a plus.
This role requires:
- Inbound and outbound calling.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
