Compensation: $27.00 per Hour

The salary mentioned reflects the anticipated range for this role; however, final compensation will be determined based on various factors including job responsibilities, candidate qualifications, and current market trends.

Role Overview:

The Administrative Operations Technician will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Asset Management team to improve the accuracy and quality of asset data.
  • Ensuring updates related to Asset Management processes are accurately reflected in the database.
  • Developing strategies to identify and manage uncontrolled IT equipment for inventory verification.
  • Leading a team to conduct physical inventories, verifying and correcting asset data discrepancies.
  • Performing data reconciliation and normalization tasks.
  • Organizing and documenting data using structured methods for efficient access and reporting.
  • Ensuring data integrity, addressing missing information, and conducting necessary data cleansing.
  • Preparing and presenting analytical reports and recommendations based on data findings.
  • Utilizing software tools for data analysis and reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient with common software and hardware tools.
  • Strong customer service abilities.

  • Ability to pass a federal background check.
  • Local travel may be necessary.
