- Coordinate internal activities to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery of services.
- Prepare and enter client information into our database to document interactions and resolutions.
- Work closely with senior representatives to address complex customer inquiries.
- Direct customers to relevant resources and escalate issues as needed.
- High School Diploma and college background required.
- Light IT background preferred.
- Prior customer service experience essential.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work remotely and have flexible availability.
We offer 20 hours of paid training, which includes a comprehensive onboarding program and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
NotePlease note that this role requires flexibility, especially on weekends, and includes must-work dates on January 6th and 7th.
