Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their questions and issues related to our equipment and inventory processes.
  • Coordinate internal activities to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare and enter client information into our database to document interactions and resolutions.
  • Work closely with senior representatives to address complex customer inquiries.
  • Direct customers to relevant resources and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and college background required.
  • Light IT background preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience essential.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and have flexible availability.
Training and Development

We offer 20 hours of paid training, which includes a comprehensive onboarding program and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.

Note

Please note that this role requires flexibility, especially on weekends, and includes must-work dates on January 6th and 7th.
