About the Role

Zebra is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring goods and services to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet business requirements
  • Manage complex procurement projects from initiation to closure
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or CPSM certification
  • Experience with spend analytics and supplier management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software
