Key Responsibilities

The individual in this role will be accountable for crafting a comprehensive marketing strategy, overseeing the marketing and strategy team, and managing client relationships within designated healthcare facilities. This includes:

  • Developing detailed business development initiatives and formulating quarterly and annual strategic plans.
  • Designing and implementing processes that foster business growth through effective customer and market analysis.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with inpatient and outpatient referrals while adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Managing marketing tracking systems, the intake process, payer relationships, and community outreach efforts.

Additionally, the position involves:

  • Leading the marketing and strategy team through recruitment, development, and retention efforts.
  • Providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating business expansion by engaging with clients and business partners, identifying new market opportunities, and preparing proposals.

The successful candidate will utilize strategic insight and execution to drive revenue, patient census, and admissions goals.


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing and leadership within a healthcare setting is essential.
  • Proven supervisory and leadership capabilities are necessary.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed are required.

Preferred Skills:

  • A Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Strong team management skills and the ability to analyze market trends.
  • Results-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and lead effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and organizational standards.
