Key Responsibilities

The Chief Marketing Officer will be instrumental in crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy while overseeing the marketing and strategy team. This role involves:

  • Developing and implementing detailed business development strategies.
  • Creating and managing quarterly and annual strategic marketing plans.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with both inpatient and outpatient referral sources.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Overseeing marketing tracking systems and community outreach initiatives.

The CMO will also lead the marketing team, focusing on:

  • Recruitment, training, and retention of top marketing talent.
  • Providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensuring adherence to Vibra Healthcare's policies and procedures.

In addition, the role includes:

  • Driving new business opportunities and identifying emerging markets.
  • Utilizing strategic insights to exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Fostering high-level connections with current and potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of marketing leadership experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
  • Analytical skills for evaluating market trends and developing strategic plans.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
