Compensation Structure:
Base salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually
Total compensation potential: Up to $300,000 per year based on performance, including bonuses and possible equity options. There is no cap on total earnings based on performance metrics.
Core Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee and expand our hydropower operations, focusing on the commercialization of our innovative head-based and hydrokinetic waterpower technologies. This role entails full profit and loss responsibility and will supervise the company's operational and developmental activities.
Key Duties Include:
- Leadership in Business Operations: Managing P&L, strategic direction, and the formulation and execution of business plans.
- Operational Oversight: Ensuring quality management, product development, project delivery, and the enhancement of sales teams.
- Growth and Development: Cultivating customer relationships, representing the company at industry events and forums.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer registration is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Over 10 years of relevant industry experience is desirable.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and complex project initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of the hydropower sector.
- Experience leading sales, engineering, and construction project teams.
- Strong skills in project execution.
- Solid capabilities in business management.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in industry leadership is highly valued.
