Key Responsibilities

The individual in this role will be accountable for formulating a comprehensive marketing strategy, overseeing the marketing and strategy team, and managing client relationships within designated healthcare facilities. In addition, the position involves leading the marketing and strategy team, focusing on recruitment, development, and retention of talent. The successful candidate will provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance and achieve business objectives.

Facilitating business expansion is a core responsibility, which includes establishing and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients, as well as other business partners. The role also encompasses identifying new market opportunities, preparing proposals, and utilizing strategic insights to drive revenue and patient admissions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing leadership within the healthcare sector, with a strong emphasis on client service and relationship management.
  • Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team.
  • Proficient in analyzing data, referral trends, and developing marketing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships.
