Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to equip our sales organization with the necessary tools, resources, and skills to effectively sell our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Enablement Strategies: Define, lead, and execute learning strategies for the Sales organization, including ongoing formal training roadmaps and associated workshops.
  2. Design and Implement Metrics: Design and implement metrics to ensure consistent evaluation and measurement of enablement programs.
  3. Develop Communication Strategies: Develop communication strategies to build awareness of critical metrics and ensure enablement strategies are in place to support skills development.
  4. Translate Business Strategy into Learning Strategies: Translate and incorporate Renaissance's business strategy, industry trends, and competitive intelligence into learning and development strategies to help sales achieve and exceed sales and renewal targets.
  5. Collaborate with Commercial Leadership: Collaborate with our commercial leadership team to continually improve teams' expertise and efficiency with sales methodology, selling skills, lead follow-up, communication skills, and usage of key systems.
  6. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and facilitators to ensure that learning paths are clearly defined, effective, and up to date.
  7. Influence Product Development and Marketing: Influence Product Development and Marketing where appropriate for the development of content.
  8. Develop Comprehensive Strategy: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop a comprehensive strategy and delivery of learning and development.
  9. Identify Vital Skills and Knowledge Gaps: Identify vital skills and knowledge gaps for our sales teams.
  10. Partner with Sales Leaders and Vendors: Partner with sales leaders and outside vendors to strategize, develop and implement plans to improve the performance of our sales teams.
  11. Build and Manage Teams: Build, manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors.
Qualifications
  1. Extensive Knowledge in Sales Methodology: Extensive knowledge in a variety of sales methodology concepts, practices, programs, and processes.
  2. Executive-Level Partnerships: Ability to build executive-level partnerships with internal and external partners that can be used to build strong cross-functional opportunities.
  3. Development Opportunities: Ability to create opportunities for development that will stretch individuals outside their current comfort zone as well as provide ongoing coaching and development of individuals.
  4. Adult Learning and Sales Tools: Highly knowledgeable in adult learning, sales tools/training that aid in the optimization of roles and success rates.
  5. Sales Enablement Tools: Well versed in sales enablement tools (Salesforce, BI, Outreach, Highspot).
  6. Collaboration and Initiative: Highly collaborative, driven individual who takes initiative and is skilled at breaking apart a vision into actionable steps.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field OR 10+ combined years of success in a Sales and/or Sales Support or Enablement Leadership.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $132,500 to $182,200. This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
