Position OverviewA local media company with a dynamic presence across print and digital platforms is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Digital Marketing and Sales.

This leadership role involves developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, driving sales, and overseeing both print and digital advertising efforts.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in increasing brand visibility and gross earnings through innovative marketing tactics and effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility and drive sales. Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Oversee print ad sales, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and maximizing revenue opportunities. Manage and optimize the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing and sales campaigns. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to marketing and sales activities. Drive growth initiatives to expand market share and enhance customer acquisition and retention. Requirements Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, with a focus on the Hawaii market. Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets. Experience in managing print ad sales and integrating them with digital marketing strategies.
