Key Responsibilities:- Manage and book reservation requests, maintaining room schedules through a reservation system.
- Respond to and process incoming requests, providing consultative event coordination services as required.
- Set up and clean up for beverage and catering services, ensuring room configurations are correct.
- Provide customers with facility, building, and room access using online tools.
- Maintain daily and weekly schedule boards and digital signage displays.
- Educate customers on direct access resources, such as approved caterers and online tools.
- Process requests for PC lab reservations on behalf of customers.
- Receive and store materials, ensuring timely delivery to meeting rooms.
- Identify and report building repairs, completing work orders in a timely manner.
- Compile and send customer surveys using designated online tools.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with vendors, including on-site security and catering services.
- Deliver consistent customer interactions across locations, implementing uniform terminology and standardized workflow processes.
- Review operational metrics, identifying opportunities to increase utilization, improve customer service scores, and reduce cancellation rates.
- Drive community and customer events to Connections spaces, building business and increasing space utilization.
- 2+ years of experience in project management and coordination.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite.
- Experience working in technical and audiovisual environments.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain a flexible approach when providing customer support.
- Able to remain mobile for extended periods during the workday.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
