Inside Sales Account Manager

At Connection, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building long-term relationships with multiple decision-makers, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business using paid resources like ZoomInfo
- Establish new accounts through outbound cold calling and prospecting
- Manage long-term business-to-business sales relationships with customers
- Regularly quote opportunities to potential and current customers
Requirements:
- Consistent and persistent in their work
- Tenacious and strive to create positive outcomes with every conversation
- Good at building relationships and quickly connecting with people
- Curious, coachable, competitive, and like to work toward and hit sales targets
