Job PurposeAs a Business Development Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Your ability to navigate logistics intricacies and drive results will be key to your success.
Responsibilities- Research and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and persuasion.
- Utilize creative methods to prospect and generate new business leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service through consistent communication to support daily operational needs.
- Participate in sales training and continuous education to become a subject matter expert in NTG's service offerings and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed established production metrics.

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but no degree required.
- Available to work full-time, 100% in-office.
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.
- Prior sales experience preferred or passion for inside sales.
