The Federal Inside Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the sales process by collaborating with Inside Account Executives to provide hardware, software, and service support to assigned customers.
This role involves creating pricing quotes for Global System Integrator customers' IT needs, tracking orders, and providing status updates.
Key Responsibilities- Represent SHI as a central point of contact for the customer base
- Act as liaison between Inside Account Executives, customers, and SHI internal departments
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and Inside Account Executive Team
- Create pricing quotes for SHI customers based on IT requirements
- Engage on large customer deals through deal registration with internal teams and vendors
- Provide sourcing, product quotes, pricing, and product information to the outside sales team
- Retrieve purchase orders and provide updates to the Inside Account Executives and customers regarding the status
- Participate in team meetings with managers to review essential updates and changes
- Proactively resolve problems by handling product returns, invoicing questions, and customer concerns
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in a Corporate or Office Setting
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive and critical thought process in approach to selling to enhance the sales experience for the client
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000, which includes a base salary and commission. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
