About the Role

Allegiance Industries Inc is a leading provider of facility services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Executive Director of Sales and Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Northeastern markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve $3M in net new revenue per year
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with our inside sales team to develop and implement sales processes and procedures
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate tracking of sales performance
  • Provide sales training and coaching to our sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Allegiance Industries Inc remains competitive in the market
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably in the facility services industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
